A reflection on 2020 and a look into 2021

As I look back on the last 12 months, I can’t help but feel proud of how Prosperity has thrived throughout an extremely challenging year.

First and foremost, I am so grateful for the way our team seamlessly transitioned from in-office to work-from-home.  We were able to set up and maintain home offices, adopt new technology, and adapt our workflows to a remote environment, all while juggling the challenges of child-care, illness, caring for loved ones, stress and anxiety…and without missing a beat in providing outstanding service to our clients.

We also welcomed the Vertex team into our family last year, and they welcomed us into theirs.  The two teams supported each other, learned from one another, and constantly discovered new ways to be better together than we could be separately.

2020 was also a year of growth for us, despite the pandemic.  We onboarded more than a dozen new clients, created new departments, promoted from within and hired nearly 30 new staff (most of them referrals from current team members or trusted “friends of Prosperity”).

And if we did all of that in 2020, you can only imagine how excited I am for 2021!

Prosperity is already off to an amazing start, with several new clients onboarded in January and several more scheduled for February and March.  We have already added some new staff members who are making an immediate impact, and our team is continuously learning how to better use technology to work more efficiently and effectively.

Prosperity also has some bigger initiatives this year that I am really excited about.  We’re developing new processes, software and reporting tools to work more productively together and better serve our clients.  And we’re expanding into new business areas…for example, I’m extremely proud that Prosperity is now able to provide in-network contract negotiation services to our clients!  If you’re interested in learning more about these developments as they unfold, please follow us on LinkedIn

Thank you to all of our critical team members, valued clients, trusted partners and supportive friends.  None of this would be possible without you, and I am excited for many more prosperous years ahead.

With best wishes for the new year,

Greg Keilin
